    Everett invites proposals for professional Project Management Services for the Island End River Flood Resilience Project.  Everett and its partner  Chelsea were awarded a Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness FY23/24 grant from the Mass. Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs  to support regional goals for flood resilience in the Island End River corridor.  Contract may be up to three years.

    Newburyport is looking for project management assistance to create and execute potential plans for helping with the local resettlement of three Afghan families currently sheltering in Newburyport. 

    The City is exploring options of offering vacant parcels for development and would also be open to other strategies to assist these families. The Affordable Housing Trust also has resources, and there is strong interest from locals to help with fundraising.

    Wellfleet is seeking proposals from firms or teams with expertise in  neighborhood planning, site design, architecture, affordable housing development, and community engagement to work with the Town-appointed planning committee to create a Master Plan for the 21.5-acre site known as Maurice's Campground. 

    Initial term is one year with the possibility of an additional two-year term.

    Pre-bid site walk (not mandatory but encouraged) will take place on June 1, 2023, at 11 AM. Questions are due by June 7, 2023, at 4 PM.
