    Newburyport is looking for project management assistance to create and execute potential plans for helping with the local resettlement of three Afghan families currently sheltering in Newburyport. 

    The City is exploring options of offering vacant parcels for development and would also be open to other strategies to assist these families. The Affordable Housing Trust also has resources, and there is strong interest from locals to help with fundraising.

    Wellfleet is seeking proposals from firms or teams with expertise in  neighborhood planning, site design, architecture, affordable housing development, and community engagement to work with the Town-appointed planning committee to create a Master Plan for the 21.5-acre site known as Maurice's Campground. 

    Initial term is one year with the possibility of an additional two-year term.

    Pre-bid site walk (not mandatory but encouraged) will take place on June 1, 2023, at 11 AM. Questions are due by June 7, 2023, at 4 PM.

    The Shrewsbury Department of Public Works seeks a consultant for a parkland feasibility study and landscape architectural design services for the renovation of the Lake Street Park and Recreation Area. The project scope is to conduct an extensive community outreach process to develop a comprehensive renovation plan for the parcels for active recreational opportunities. Budget is $150,000.  Site visit April 10.
