    The InvestNH initiative has $5 million for grants to municipalities to analyze and update land use regulations to help increase housing development. New Hampshire Housing is preparing a list of consultants qualified to perform work for municipalities that receive HOP Grants. Consultants deemed sufficiently qualified to perform these grant-funded projects will be included in a listing of consultants. Municipalities may select consultants from that list without a competitive process.

    Responses are reviewed on a rolling basis 'til January 2023.

    Town of Acton seeks proposals for a town wide facility and sustainability study for municipal buildings. The consultant will provide a comprehensive assessment of Town facilities and create a 10-year master plan for improvements and sustainability based on relative need and cost effectiveness. The project will conclude with a Facility Study report.

    Pre-bid tour is 9/15 (rain date 9/16) starting in the Acton Town Hall parking lot, 472 Main St., Acton. The tour will be guided by the Public Facilities Superintendent. Private tours will not be available.

    Springfield seeks proposals to administer and execute a Public Mural program and/or event series for public art installations in the city of Springfield. The project is funded through CDBG funds and all projects and recipients will be required to be compliant with all Dept. of Housing & Urban Development regulations as it relates to the CDBG Program.

    The murals should be completed by an artist or artist-led team for a commissioned, site-specific, permanent art installation. The themes of the murals should be inspirational and positive in nature. The goal of proposals should be public art that become "placemaker" pieces easily identifiable and that create a sense of place. The work will be installed on any element(s) of the streetscape within the City of Springfield. Approx. $100,000.

    The Town of Norfolk is hiring for a new Master Plan. The last Master Plan was done is 2007. The Town is in the process of updating its 2017 Housing Production Plan which will be completed August 2022 which will be incorporated into the Master Plan. $140,000.

    Phase 1 approx. $50,000.
