    The City of Boston's Transportation Department seeks proposals to do a comprehensive evaluation and overhaul of the its Transportation Demand Management Program. The team selected will update existing TDM resources, modernize the Transportation Access and Plan Agreement process, and work with partner agencies and transportation providers to crowdsource TDM efforts.

    The Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) issued an RFP for a consultant to develop zoning to support new housing and support as-of-right accessory dwelling units in all residential subdistricts. Consultant will also create an illustrated book to guide property owners. Budget for the 10-month effort is $300,000.

    Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) is issuing this Request for Proposals for a consultant to assist with a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan funded by a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant awarded to BRPC by the FHWA.  Final product will be a Berkshire County Comprehensive Safety Action Plan with locations of recommended Implementation projects along with their intended program(s) to pursue (i.e. Safer People, Safer Speeds, etc.), the transportation planning approach(es) they'll utilize (i.e. Engineering, Education, Enforcement, Equity), planning-level budgets and timelines, and types of work to be performed, and recommendations for Policy and Process changes that will reduce fatalities and serious injuries. Consultant money is $166,500.
