Redgate, Boston-based real estate, project management and investment management firm, is hiring a senior project manager and/or principal Duties include engaging third-party firms for planning, permitting, design, all as determined by the project requirements, including preparing Requests for Proposals and Qualifications.
Prepare project schedule from engagement to completion, manage the schedule; assist with pre-development budget; work with the Senior Project Manager and/or Principal on the project, support clients in public involvement, outreach, and communication efforts.
Assist with strategic messages that educate the community on the purpose, need, benefits and perceived impacts of projects and programs. Produce or direct the work of others preparing supporting graphics, maps, and imagery for project deliverables. And more.
Qualifications: BS/BA in planning, architecture, real estate, or other relevant discipline (graduate degree a plus); 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural, planning, entitlements, or project management experience.
