Entry level community planner with a master’s degree in urban/community/regional planning preferred; minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in community planning/related (e.g., urban affairs/studies, political science, geography, economics, etc.).
MS Office proficiency a must, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point; InDesign and GIS experience as well as web development experience a plus.
Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and graphic. Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills including experience working with ACS and other Census data.
