The City of Holyoke is seeking the services of a planning firm or a
planning individual who can assist in developing a Community Preservation
Plan that complies with Section 5 (b)1 of the Community Preservation Act.
Technical and Fee proposals shall be received by the City no later than
2:00 p.m. December 1, 2017 eastern standard time.
