    Levine Planning Strategies seeks. a Contract Research Assistant to work on an update of the Bath Housing Needs Assessment conducted in 2020 for the Bath Housing Development Corporation and the City of Bath, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to conduct practical work to advance progressive housing policy. 

    This is a contract position, and selected Contract Research Assistant. Work can be primarily remote. Levine Planning Strategies (LPS) is a sole practitioner LLC, led by Jeff Levine, AICP.

    Selected candidate will be graduate student or advanced undergraduate with experience in data collection, analysis and presentation. Experience with InDesign preferred.

    Hourly position for 40 to 50 hours in December 2025 and January 2026. Rate of pay is $25 to $35 an hour depending on qualifications.

    FinePoint Associates seeks an economic development project assistant/intern (part time). The position involves working on economic development projects and is an opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in the economic development field while making a valuable contribution to the FinePoint team. Approx.10 -12 hrs. per week for 12– 16 weeks. Position is remote with a very flexible work schedule, but must be available to meet to review assignments during traditional work hours.
