MassDevelopment needs a consultant or team of consultants to develop a master plan for cantonment area of Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC). The goal is to support JBCC's efforts to optimize use of this asset and increase its organizational efficiency, especially as it relates to land use and infrastructure, while enabling and protecting current missions and accommodating future on-base military needs. The master plan also seeks to facilitate adaptive re-use of excess property in the cantonment area to respond to local and regional needs and contexts. This is likely a multi-year process that will include significant community engagement and public participation.
