Arlington needs consultant to evaluate its existing Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP), identify emerging hazards, develop mitigation strategies, integrate mitigation planning with other plans, develop implementation plan, engage the community, facilitate adoption of HMP, and develop a rubric to monitor the plan.
