Marion seeks consultant with experience in harbor planning specific to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to develop its municipal harbor management plan. The consultant shall lead a community-driven process to establish a vision for the future of the harbors, municipal ramps, coastal resiliency infrastructure and nearby islands, building on past objectives and integrating related plans and community goals. Duration:  One year.
