Westborough is soliciting bids to update the Town's downtown sign bylaw. The goals of this project are to update the sign bylaw to reflect the most up to date case law, to review and streamline the permitting and review process for signage, to make it easy for downtown businesses to understand our requirements, and to allow for creativity and emerging technologies in sign design. Six months; Town allocated $20,000.

Dept. of Conservation and Recreation issued an Request for Proposals for civil engineering services for a "Pedestrian Safety Improvements Feasibility Study Report" at the Fenway and Park Drive, from Boylston Street to Riverway Connector/former Sears Rotary in Boston. Products include a traffic study and conceptual design plan. Task include civil engineering, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, and permitting services as required. Six months; $100,000.
