Holliston is updating its Open Space & Recreation Plan and requires specialized Geographic Information Systems and cartographic expertise to produce the necessary map set. The scope of work includes utilizing MassGIS datasets to professionally recreate and format final maps based on draft reference images provided by the Town. Cambridge seeks consultant for an Incentive Zoning Nexus Study to document the impacts of non-residential development on (a) the demand for and cost of creating housing for low -, moderate-, and middle-income households and on (b) employment opportunities for Cambridge residents in order to determine whether there should be changes to the City’s Incentive Zoning Ordinance.
