    Quincy seeks consultant for on-call services to assist Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission, and City Council in their review of land use permit applications, including Subdivisions, Site Plan Reviews, Special Permits, Variances, Certificates of Consistency, Notices of Intent and Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act compliance, among others. Also, "the City, on a case-by-case basis, is also seeking Building Code Plan Review and Construction Phase Oversight services."

    Hatfield seeks consultant to assist staff in a rewrite of the Town’s Zoning By-Laws and Zoning Map amendment. Consultant will work with the Town Planner and Planning Board in both a technical and public engagement capacity. The Town is also in the process of codifying its By-Laws with the help of a third-party consultant, who will coordinate with the contractor on this project. Budget is $96,000.

    Bourne seeks a design/engineering firm for feasibility study of marina expansion in the village of Monument Beach. The project consists of building on existing physical and social infrastructure while fostering new cooperation between public, private, and nonprofit sectors to enhance existing recreational opportunities; develop recreational opportunities, including coastal access; create linkages between existing and proposed facilities; protect sensitive environmental and cultural resources; and ultimately foster economic development, including tourism.

    Project must be completed by Nov. 1, 2026. Maybe it's a typo but the tasks include "Advance design through 75% design phase in order to pursue permitting in a subsequent phase to this project."

    Non mandatory pre-bid will be on Fri., May 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Monument Beach Marina, 0 Emmons Rd. (Building #22 but parcel #0 Emmons Rd.).
