Otis issued an RFP for consultant to update the Town’s 2016 Master Plan. Goal is to develop an update that responds to current challenges and opportunities while reflecting the community's evolving needs, values, and vision. The consultant will develop and produce an executive summary that can be used as a separate document from the Master Plan. The draft, final plan and executive summary must be "readable by the layperson and not be overly technical or contain a lot of jargon." Budget is $70,000.
