Entry level community planner with a master’s degree in urban/community/regional planning preferred; minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in community planning/related (e.g., urban affairs/studies, political science, geography, economics, etc.).
MS Office proficiency a must, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point; InDesign and GIS experience as well as web development experience a plus.
Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and graphic. Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills including experience working with ACS and other Census data.

Redgate, Boston-based real estate, project management and investment management firm, is hiring a senior project manager and/or principal Duties include engaging third-party firms for planning, permitting, design, all as determined by the project requirements, including preparing Requests for Proposals and Qualifications.
Prepare project schedule from engagement to completion, manage the schedule; assist with pre-development budget; work with the Senior Project Manager and/or Principal on the project, support clients in public involvement, outreach, and communication efforts.
