The Town of Ipswich is seeking proposals from planning consultants for professional services for 1) development of a Housing Production Plan (HPP) in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) standards and guidelines, and 2) completion of Phase II of the Town’s Community Development Plan Update, including a public process focused on goal setting, implementation strategies, and a final 2020-2035 Community Development Plan.

Proposals are due at 2:00 pm on January 13, 2020.
