The City of Taunton’s Office of Economic and Community Development (OECD) with the Taunton Redevelopment Authority (TRA) is seeking proposals for consulting services for the development of a Whittenton Neighborhood Urban Renewal Plan in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B.
