Millis, through the Economic Development and Planning Director, seeks consultant for Strategic Plan for Town-owned properties.  Consultant 2wil analyze and create a plan for the use or disposal of 35 properties owned by the Town of Millis. Plan will place each property into one of 4 categories a)  recreation b) water quality/habitat protection c) municipal use d) low value to Town.
