The City of Holyoke is seeking consultant(s) to help develop and implement the Holyoke Tourism Plan and public art initiatives with cooperation from The Office of Planning and Economic Development (OPED), the Tourism Stakeholders group, and the Tourism Advisory Council (TAC) to increase Holyoke s visibility regionally and nationally.
