Town of Groton is soliciting proposals for planning consultant services for a Comprehensive Master Plan and to review the town's existing Zoning Bylaw, general bylaws and regulations to incorporate the project findings. The plan will serve as a guide in considering policy changes (zoning, subdivision regulation, etc.) land use planning, sustainability, and economic development for the Town of Groton's future.
