Montachusett Regional Planning Commission seeks consultant to study three intersections in Leominster and Townsend. Scope includes meeting with MRPC to discuss issues/concerns at each location; providing an
analysis of existing operating/safety conditions; developing alternatives to address problems; and providing estimated costs to implement. Goal is to provide communities with a review of the intersection; issues and factors related to operation/safety; and alternatives address/improve conditions.
