Lawrence Redevelopment Authority (LRA) exists under the authority of M.G.L. c. 121B.  The aim is to promote an equitable, compact, and transit-
oriented development (ECTOD) scheme that will stimulate economic growth, create jobs, and enhance residents' quality of life. The ECTOD is
integral to the City of Lawrence Economic Prosperity Plan.
