Brookline issued RFP for consulting services to develop a preliminary set of design alternatives for new public or publicly beneficial facilities on two Town-owned parking lots in Coolidge Corner, 2.48 acres total. The study will facilitate community engagement regarding the site's future, develop and visualize feasible preliminary designs, prepare preliminary cost estimates and traffic impact analyses associated with the scenarios, test out developed concepts via temporary tactical methods, and ultimately position Town Staff and the Select Board-appointed Committee to make a decision about which design alternative to advance for further study.
