Watertown needs help with its "Study for Improving City-Supported Mobility" to identify the best options to connect people to where they want to go locally without a personal automobile. The Study will help guide short-, medium- and long-term policies over the next decade and beyond.

All work in the Scope of Work/Services shall be conducted within the prism of environmental and fiscal sustainability and resilience and mobility and accessibility. All mobility options and tools shall be studied, including transit, active transportation, and mobility for specific populations.
