Boston's Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion needs a consultant for an economic development study to evaluate and inform its strategies over the next five years. Nine months, $500,000. Scope includes:

  1. Economic analysis of the City of Boston
  2. Strategic vision for economic development
  3. Impact assessment of past programs & identification of assessment tools
  4. Exploration of key growth sectors in the City
  5. Set of best practices for equitable economic development in urban centers
  6. Comprehensive Action Plan for economic development in Boston
  7. Plan for communications and stakeholder engagement
