Boston Environment Dept. is seeking a consultant or consultant team to shape and communicate plans for critical coastal resilience infrastructure. The City is partnering with the US Army Corps of Engineers on a plan to ensure the long-term coastal resilience of Boston.

Over the 3 years, the Corps will develop designs for coastal resilient infrastructure that reduce risk to the city for generations. The City needs someone with experience in landscape architecture to help provide feedback on these designs and deliver renderings and models of these designs for further public engagement. This project is part of a formal Coastal Storm Risk Management Study and the results will be submitted to Congress in 2028 for approval.
