Central Mass. Regional Planning Commission seeks proposals for a transportation study of the Vernon Street Bridge/I-290 Interchange in Worcester. Project, funded by MassDOT UPWP and the Community One Stop for Growth program, will evaluate development options and conceptual designs. Budget is $650,000; completion date Sept. 30, 2026. Optional pre-submission conference Feb. 14.
