Chelmsford seeks consultant to develop Climate Resilience and Sustainability Design Guideline for low-impact development techniques and nature-based solutions to support public and private projects and home-improvement projects. The Guideline will also guide permitting to ensure development presents the least adverse effect and—to the extent practicable—restores environmental functions and values as part of redevelopment. Duration approx. 13 months. Budget is $62,500.
