Lawrence issued RFP for consultants to lead development of a comprehensive Economic Development Master Plan. The plan will be a strategic roadmap to guide the City's economic growth, investment strategies, business retention and attraction, workforce development, infrastructure needs, and equitable economic opportunities over the next 10-20 years.
