Lawrence Office of Planning and Development seeks consultant  to provide outreach services in support of the City's EPA grant. The goal is to engage neighbors and all interested parties and raise awareness about upcoming EPA assessments, potential cleanups of previously identified properties and related reuse proposals for public land. Budget is $20,000.
