Springfield issued RFP for consultant to recruit, organize and facilitate a Resident Advisory Committee to participate in the City's comprehensive housing plan. Consultant will have demonstrated experience in working with diverse community members, including those often left out of  planning processes; in engaging community members to work together to amplify their opinions and positions; and in creating and implementing a strategy to compensate community members for participation in community engagement and leadership building. Budget is $50,000 for 9 months.
