Salisbury seeks consultant for study of locations to support housing growth, with a focus on encouraging "missing middle" housing types. Missing middle is defined here as a mix of four types of density housing: cottage courts, starter homes, duplexes, and fourplexes. The project will identify suitable areas and to develop a comprehensive playbook for incentivizing and guiding the creation of diverse housing options. Non-mandatory information session 11/20/25 @ 10:00 a.m. at Town of Salisbury Town Hall.
