Boston, through the Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture, seeks a consultant team to develop a Civic & Cultural Infrastructure Planning Framework. The framework will assess the current state of Boston's cultural ecosystem, define a short- and long-term vision, and deliver a clear action plan and implementation plan of policies, strategies, and investments. The framework will align arts and culture with broader city priorities, including housing, economic opportunity, workforce empowerment, planning, and climate resilience.
