Concord needs consultant to provide master planning, zoning, and regulatory services for the redevelopment of the former MCI-Concord site. Services will include preparation of an illustrative plan, framework plan with phasing guidance, market feasibility and fiscal impact analyses, and a regulatory and zoning package to support implementation.
