Wrentham seeks consultant to prepare a five-year Housing Production Plan consistent with Mass. Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities guidelines and 760 CMR 56.03(4). The project includes a housing needs and demand assessment, analysis of regulatory and market conditions, housing goals and strategies, and an actionable implementation plan, supported by public engagement.
