Lawrence seeks Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified developers, firms, or development teams for redevelopment of an approximately 14-acre City-owned brownfield property, the Tombarello Site, into a modern industrial park. This Request for Letters of Interest (RLOI) is to identify qualified and experienced parties interested in the redevelopment of this site and to gather conceptual development approaches that integrate environmental remediation and industrial development.
