Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District (SRPEDD) seeks a consultant for preliminary design of the proposed Northern Scenic Greenway, a 9.8-mile off-road facility across Westport, Dartmouth and New Bedford. The goal is to develop a regional action plan to close a long-recognized east/west gap in the South Coast Bikeway.
