Oak Bluffs issued RFP for consultant to prepare a practical, implementable five-year Economic Development Action Plan. Consultant will work with the Council, Town officials, local businesses, residents, workers, property owners, regional partners, and community organizations to identify priority actions that strengthen the Oak Bluffs economy year-round.
