MRPC issued an RFP for "conducting public survey and design of the Montachusett Regional Transportation Plan (RTP)."  Work with MRPC staff to develop and host a survey and do survey analysis to inform the RTP.  Also, work with MRPC staff to develop an RTP design template and visuals to be used for the final plan.
