Mass. EOHLC seeks consultant for implementation-oriented technical assistance to Seasonal Communities (“SC”s) that 1) have accepted their SC designation and are working towards implementation; 2) have not yet accepted their SC designation but are considering acceptance; and 3) have not been designated a SC but are interested in pursuing designation.

Consultant will provide planning and process support, help communities assess options and organize implementation steps, and connect communities to additional resources. The work is expected to include regular and in-person field presence in SCs, particularly in the Berkshires, Cape Cod, and the Islands, together with remote support. Budget is $175,000 and work runs through June 30, 2027. Restricted to those with PRF76 Statewide Contract.
