Dedham will hire a consultant for its East Street Corridor Plan, a community visioning process for the southern stretch of East Street (Endicott Rotary to Westwood town line). The plan will help the Town determine zoning attributes worth preserving or changing.

Zoning recommendations and design guidelines will be developed based on input from the public and a community advisory committee. The East Street Corridor Plan will be similar to the town's Bridge Street Corridor Plan finished in 2024.
