    Westford issued an RFP for a collaborative team to create a "robust set of recommendations" for its Route 40 Corridor. The Town invites proposals from multidisciplinary teams for a planning process for the Route 40 Corridor that results in recommendations for actions the Town may take via capital planning and through Zoning Bylaw amendment. Project end date is June 30, 2026. Funded with a Housing Choice Grant for $106,000.

    Regional Housing Services Office is a collaboration between 10 MetroWest communities to assist with all matters of affordable housing for Acton, Bedford, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Maynard, Natick, Sudbury, Wayland and Weston.  The RHSO is an innovative approach to providing affordable housing services and combines policy and strategic work with direct service.

    The Director is a Town of Concord contractor.  The position is funded at 1,500 hours per year, or 125 hours per month.  Requirements: experience with affordable housing programs (local, state, and federal), permitting, regulations and legislation, inc. M.G.L. Chapter 40B, HOME, Fair Housing laws and practices, resident selection and eligibility determination, Subsidized Housing Inventory practices, condominium structures and local options for housing creation.
