    Consortium of towns (Hopkinton, Norwood, Medfield, Sharon, Milton and Randolph) is seeking proposals from consultants/organizations to provide shared housing consultant services for the six towns.. The objective of this project is to jointly procure affordable housing consulting services to monitor, retain, and support creation of affordable housing in the six towns.

    The Mass. Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) issued an RFQ for a consultant to assist the Commonwealth’s Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Coordinating Council whose primary task is to create a comprehensive plan to build electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Massachusetts.

    EOEEA seeks  facilitation firms with demonstrated experience in managing communication processes and public hearings to support the Council to respond to the RFQ. Est. budget is $100,000.

    Gloucester issued an RFP for planning consultants to update the City’s Comprehensive Plan, last revised in 2001. The new comprehensive plan will guide the City’s land use and zoning policies and long-term planning, but will also serve as an important resource in capital improvements planning, budgeting, and in the consideration of key policy changes in Gloucester. Est. budget $300,000.
