    The Town of Leverett seeks professional consulting services for the first phase of a Comprehensive Master Plan in accordance with MGL Chapter 41, ยง81D. The successful proposal will come from consultants with a broad knowledge base in land use planning, housing, economic development, cultural asset development, smart growth, open space, historic preservation, municipal services, geographic information services (GIS), climate adaptation, and community resiliency.     The Town of Weymouth, through its Office of Planning and Community Development, seeks proposals for a Columbian Square Land Use, Parking and Marketing Plan, pursuant to MGL c. 30B as amended. Columbian Square is one of four village centers located within the Town.  Funds have been identified to address the dangerous intersection in the Square. The purpose of this study is to complement the intersection reconstruction with a land use, parking and marketing plan.
