The ideal candidate will have the civil engineering capacity to evaluate infrastructure elements and will have excellent public participation and outreach skills/experience.

Hall’s Corner is a key existing mixed-use district in Duxbury. The project would evaluate options for additional housing including stand-
alone multifamily, apartments above storefronts, infill two- to four-family buildings, and other options that fit the area. Estimated budget for the approx. 8-month effort is $90,000.
