This is a great conference and costs only $65 (breakfast and lunch included!).  Lots of great people and always good presentations.  Highly recommended.

Workshops include core subjects as well as timely topics such as Planning with Community Support, Innovations in Neighborhood Design, USDA Rural Development and more!
