Next, retired Licking County, Ohio, Planning Commission Director Jerry Brems will discuss local issues that planners face when dealing with design standards and flood hazard areas. Finally, Tyler Berding, founding partner of the California law firm Berding & Weil LLP will speak about the many problems homeowners associations confront when dealing with flood hazards over the long term
