Parking Benefit Districts (PBD) Workshop
Parking Benefit Districts are a specific geographic area in which revenues generated from parking can be used for reinvestment in that district. Income generated can be used by an existing district management entity or as part of the funding for a new organization.

Jason Schrieber of Nelson/Nygaard will present information specific to how to create a PBD, what parking fees can be utilized and what they can be used for.

Ann Burke of the Economic Development Council of Western MA  will present information related to how the funds can support a BID, Main Street Organization, CDC or other district specific entities.

This is a great tool for assisting with parking management and supporting other activities in a district.
