Boston's Chief of Planning, Kairos Shen, will be addressing the planning community for the first time since his return to City Hall, including how this new role differs from his previous position in the Boston Planning and Development Agency; how the current master plan is guiding the Planning Department now; and what besides new zoning are the City's big tasks. Question period is planned.
