Plymouth is seeking proposals from consultants or teams of consultants to provide professional services supporting development of a town-wide, long-range, comprehensive plan (Master Plan).

Boston Transportation Department issued an RFP for consultants for public engagement, planning, feasibility assessment, and design services for the Reconnecting Chinatown project. The objective is to design and provide public realm improvements and feasibility assessment for future development projects over parcels 19, 20, 21, and 22 over the Massachusetts Turnpike in Chinatown. Three years; estimated budget is $2 million.

Boston's Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture issued an RFP for a consultant to execute creative placemaking projects along the Roxbury + District 7 arts corridor, the ARTery. The consultant would create and/or administer projects along the corridor between January 2024 and December 2025. Creative placemaking projects will focus on supporting and highlighting local businesses. The consultant will work closely with small business owners to co-design and execute projects, which may include: Grate replacement, storefront repairs, streetscape landscaping and planters, community signage, seating and sidewalk installations, etc. Estimated budget: $800,000.

Everett needs individuals or a firm to assist the City with its FY 22-23 CDBG grant. The consultant shall perform all duties professionally to ensure the successful implementation and administration of the grant. Proposals should cover a period from January 2024 through June 30, 2025, or until all grant activities have been completed.
The selected firm or team will be expected to perform most of the requested services on-site at the offices of the Everett Department of Planning & Development.
