Quincy is soliciting proposals for on-call consultant review services to assist the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission, and City Council in their review of land use permit applications, including but not limited to Subdivisions, Site Plan Reviews, Special Permits, Variances, and Notices of Intent, among others. The City, on a case-by-case basis, is also seeking Building Code Plan Review and Construction Phase Oversight services.
Proposals may be submitted for one or more of each type of plan review. One contract may be awarded for the whole service, or more than one contract may be awarded if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City.

Montachusett Regional Planning Commission seeks consultant to study three intersections in Leominster and Townsend. Scope includes meeting with MRPC to discuss issues/concerns at each location; providing an analysis of existing operating/safety conditions; developing alternatives to address problems; and providing estimated costs to implement. Barnstable is soliciting responses from individuals or firms for an update to its Local Comprehensive Plan. The Plan will set out a vision for growth and development, land use, infrastructure, and resource protection for this distinctive community, as well as a targeted action plan to guide our future work and resource allocation. The Town began the LCP process with a community vision statement and an existing conditions report (Phase I). This request for consultant support is for Phase II: a future land use plan, topic-specific goals, actions, and performance measures.
